Is this legal? Crossing medical guide lines?

I'm 21 years old and my sister and my health insurance falls under my mothers health insurance. I come from a very religious, and harsh family. I made a choice to abort a pregnancy very early on. The health insurance sent my mom a bill ( not addressed to me) saying "pregnant uterus, real time with image document, fetus" needless to say mom shocked and put to together. Is this in violation of my rights? Can't they address the bill to me, or at a very minimum label it office visit? ( which is what they have called papsmers and other visits in the past?
