Im looking for an HD high-speed digital camera with atleast a 30x zoom within the price range of at most $500.?

Some Random guy is absolutely correct but if you must settle for a super zoom I'd recommend the Nikon P100. It shoots HD video and is a bit better than most superzoom cameras.
