Can someone help me design a simple counter in Microsoft Visual Basic?

I need someone to design a counter that raises the content of an integer variable by 1 with every click of a button. I also need a Label or TextBox on the Form displaying the variable value. Please post your entire code - Form, Label AND Button in your answer. First working solution wins 10 points!
