How do i take a link out of my wristwatch band?

its a Casio model no. 3043. its too big i need to take out a link, i have already adjusted the sizing on the clasp to smallest. its a casio sport, pathfinder. there are arrows on some of the links and pins, but the pins with arrows wont budge. help please.
