Hp laserjet 2025 streaking?

This is a printer that several people use in our office and now we're getting one vertical streak down the page, about 2 in. from the right edge of the paper. We have a disk, which may have something to do with eliminating spots/streaks but don't know where to put that disk - in the server? We're using original toners, not refurbished.
