I have a question about Phantom City Recording Studios?

I'm a upcoming wanna be pop/dance singer and I'm 23 and the other day I came across this web site called Phantom City Recording Studios.And they say they are looking to sign upcoming artists to their record label I should also point out that their an independent record label.I wanted to know a coulp of things first thing is.Are they a good record label and not just a rip off.Can I up load a video on their uptube page and how do I go about doing that?Thanks!
