PLEAS HELP WITH STATISTICS!!?

A good measure of the efficiency of a nursing home’s facilities would be the fraction of the time that a bed is in use by an in-care patient. Assume that a bed is available 365 days a year. Label Column i (in Excel)of your spreadsheet “Efficiency”. Does anybody know how to do this!
