BIOS Freezes when i try enter it?

It very well could be a RAM issue, or either both of the cards you have tried are bad, or your RAM slot is bad. I would first and foremost take out the CMOS battery for a few and put it back in to see if that helps. Were you overclcoking at all? Have you installed any new hardware recently before this started happening?
