Where can I find photo printing paper that isn't for a printer?

I'm in a B/W photography class. I need to know where I can buy photo printing paper and get it for cheap. I don't want the kind you put into a printer, I want the kind that you must put through a chemical process. I'm not sure where you get it at, could Walmart possibly have any? The camera development is now out of style, so it's hard to find chemical/dark room printing paper. Thanks.
