Att wireless device on my laptop--how do i connect to a wireless printer?

Your printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your laptop or else your laptop will not find it. If your laptop is connected to the same wireless network then all you have to do is go to the control panel and click hardware and sound then devices and printers. There you can add or remove a printer.
