Help! is there a problem with windows 7 and epson 620 printers ?

apparently they are compatible but im not the only one with this problem ,have now tried this printer with 3 other computers all with similar results. all diagnostic checks on the printer are fine ,but if I want to print a page from the computer screen it iether loses it completely or prints odd bits like logos but text is missing alltogether .
