How do I share a Windows printer on a Mac computer?

I am trying to share my HP Deskjet F4480 attached to my Windows 7 laptop to my Mac running Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.11. On my XP computer, the printer shared with the Mac, but it is not recognized by the Mac with the new 7 computer. Any tips?
