Trouble with my Casio Exilim s880?

I've had my casio since spring of 2008, and I've even sent it in for repairs late February of 2009 for lens error. Up until recently (this fall) the camera's lens quality has been going down. There was a spot on the lens that appeared around christmas time. I tried cleaning i today, now the lens is foggy and the lens sounds like its about to fail, help?
